1. I would like to live at Live Oak Commons! How should I go about claiming my cottage?
Contact your real estate broker and submit an offer to purchase. If you are not working with an agent, please reach out to us and we are happy to help and/or connect you with our MCKRE Buyer Team!

2. Will there be an HOA? What will my monthly dues look like?
Yes, there will be an HOA at Live Oak Commons and yearly dues are $600. This covers street lights, private road maintenance and common area maintenance.

4. Will rentals be allowed?
Yes. There is a 7-day rental minimum.

5. What is the projected completion date?
Lot 1: Completed + SOLD!
Lots 2 + 8: Spring 2023

6. Will the backyard of my cottage be fenced in?
There will be a fence surrounding Live Oak Commons as a whole; however, there will not be individual fences installed at the time of construction.

7. Are there options to upgrade any interior or exterior finishes to my cottage?
There is an option to upgrade to a 4th bedroom, as well as an option for a kitchen upgrade. Upgrades to finishes can be made as change orders outside of contract/closing.

8. What is the storage situation? Will I have space for my beach items, seasonal boxes and other things?
In addition to a two-car garage with ample space, there will be an unfinished attic for additional storage.
